Unbound™ Movement began in 2014, when our founder, Daniel, was introduced to yoga by his late brother, Richard Bowen. For Daniel, it was the first physical practice that felt like breathing — natural, grounding, and freeing.


Our mission is to create space for healing through intentional movement, breath, and stillness. We help you feel free, capable, and strong, ensuring your body becomes a place of peace rather than a source of pain.


At Unbound, we navigate physical limitations safely using mobility drills, recovery techniques, and mindful stretch work. But this movement goes beyond the physical. We explore how emotion, memory, and belief live in the body and use movement to release what you no longer need to carry.


Just like a path needs to be cleared of overgrowth, we remove the tension and habits that keep you stuck so that what remains is clarity, strength, and confidence.
